Energy work has been instrumental in bringing about deep healing and positive changes in my life. By actively engaging with these energies, I have been able to let go of habits and patterns that no longer serve me, resulting in a sense of freedom and a positive shift in my daily experiences. This work has brought an abundance of blessings into my life, and I am delighted to share this with you.

At the start of our session, I visualize you standing in front of me, and I start above your head and work my way down to below your feet. Your body directs me, and your guides often send messages or images. I don't usually direct energy to any specific area; instead, I allow the connection to take place freely. I act as a conduit. If I feel areas of intense heat in my hands, I will balance them out to ensure that they are smooth, warm, and flowing.
